In one of our most
recent cases, we successfully resolved
a divisive
workplace grievance between a staff member and
management.
After interviewing involved parties, and
identifying
core problems, we developed a plan with
recommendations to resolve the issue. Concurrently we
identified
deficiencies in their HR processes and created a
plan to
implement improvements in this area as well.
We use and conduct
DiSC®
insight assessments for productivity improvement.
The
assessments are used as a training tool with teams in
concert with instructor led classes.
